The Association holds two main events a year - the AGM in April and another meeting in October. Thus far, the AGM has always been held at the Northampton Record Office, but the October meeting changes its venue each year to bring a meeting to different parts of the county.

Last year's (2004) Autumn History Day, took place in Brigstock, this year it will be hosted by Thrapston & District Historical Society on 9th October 2005.
